Payments for the App are handled by the external platform Payhip. The Provider (PapaRaf Hub) does not store or directly process card data – all payment details are handled by Payhip and its payment providers, under their own terms and security standards (PCI-DSS).
Available payment methods depend on Payhip's offering and may include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods presented during checkout.

Prices shown at checkout are in the currency displayed by Payhip. Depending on the User's country, Payhip may act as the Merchant of Record responsible for calculating and remitting applicable VAT/sales tax under local rules – full details are available in Payhip's own terms, shown before checkout is completed.
A purchase confirmation is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you need an invoice or additional confirmation, contact support@honestscan.app.
5.1. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase (see Terms of Service, §6), refunds are not normally available once the Licence Key has been activated.
5.2. An exception applies where a technical fault on the Provider's side prevents the App from working and support has been unable to resolve it – in that case, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed individually.
5.3. When a purchase is refunded, its Licence Key is switched off (see Terms of Service, §5).
Every purchase gets its own licence key. You'll find it in the purchase email from Payhip (check your spam folder too) and on the Payhip confirmation page. Enter it in the App under "Already have a licence key?". One key works on up to 5 devices/browsers. New phone, or cleared your browser data? Just enter the same key again. If it says the key is already active on 3 devices, email support@honestscan.app with your order number and we'll reset it.
The entire payment process takes place on Payhip's pages, outside the HonestScan app, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
