HonestScan is a digital product. We do not ship any physical items – "delivery" means providing an individual Licence Key that activates the App's full functionality. Full Version covers both the food scanner and the dog & cat food scanner.
2.1. Once payment is successfully processed via Payhip, your individual Licence Key is generated by Payhip and delivered automatically – typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation, to the email address provided at checkout and/or shown directly on the Payhip confirmation screen.
2.2. Enter the key in the HonestScan app (honestscan.app), under "Already have a licence key?", to permanently unlock the full version. One key works on up to 5 devices/browsers; activation needs an internet connection once per device.
Using the App and activating the key requires: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or similar), and – for scanning – camera access. After the first load, the App may work partially offline (as a PWA).
If your Licence Key hasn't arrived within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder, then contact us at support@honestscan.app with the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your Payhip order number.
If you lose your Licence Key, please contact us by email – once we verify your purchase, we'll resend it.
